Depends. Is $1 normally the punishment for that in that jurisdiction? It seems very low, so if it's lower than normal then it is unjust. You can't punish an offense more lightly just because you dislike the victim.

So I grabbed the nearest heavy blunt object (a shovel) and I charged them and told them I was going to bash their f***ing skulls in (I wasn't bluffing either). And guess what? The little b****es ran like a bunch of cockroaches and I never saw those boys try and hurt a girl like that again.

If someone thinks that they should be able to violate other people's rights and autonomy with impunity, they have, in my eyes, immediately suspended their own. You try and assault a child? I'll chase you down with a shovel. You try and take away the civil rights of millions of people? I'll do a lot worse to you than punch you, given the opportunity.

You are again trying to use the slippery slope argument which nobody has effectively demonstrated that punching Nazis has led to an uptick in the punching of Non-Nazis.
