He installed the high voltage fence after he was forced to pick up litter on his property because of school kids waiting at the nearby bus stop... He said "We've been warning people for years. We called transportation and they refused to do anything about it. They said it was my responsibility if the kids get hurt on my land and that i need to tell them to get off my land and stay in the street. I'm not in charge of other people's children. Nothings stops people. Now these kids will get a nice shock if they try to step food on my property again" Neighbors are OUTRAGED over it who said he should use signs to warn people off as the controversial move was slammed for putting elementary children in danger. One neighbor said "The first day of school, really? C'mon now. it would have been different if it was a few days later or something. I understand his concern. I just don't think he understood concerns about their kids. One of them could touch it, fall into it and get shocked" Tucker was ordered to take it down for violation but he simply MOVED it as he hopes one of the kids will TOUCH IT!!
