I need to drive somewhere tomorrow and I'm trying to figure out if it would be better to go in the morning or in the afternoon.

Waze says it would take at least 20 minutes longer in the afternoon. Is this information reliable? Where does Waze get their estimates from?

I find it to be accurate. Based on user reports it determines delays. But I've noticed a lot of people like to report moderate traffic as a standstill. I.o it should be reserved for actual gridlocks. But you can help others by doing reports on traffic flow and hazards on the road
