It was good...really good

But i feel like it made DBZ feel more like a show whereas the Japan dub and music had this eerie silence at some points like a movie. It really built up the suspense

Faulconer really starts to hit his stride during and everything after the freeza saga

Falcouner didn't take over until Funimation did, which was somewhere in that final fight with Frieza. The Ocean dub music was composed by Shuki Levy and Ron Wasserman (the latter also did Power Rangers).

specifically i think it's the moments when he doesn't let certain scenes breathe

if a lot of those were axed but the character themes were kept in i think it'd be great
