this was not complicated, it was basically like installing a PC game or iTunes or something. "Alright, click Install, now Next, Next, I Agree, Next, Ok"

I showed him multiple times and he still didn't get it, he'd fuck up the installation on his own and then redownload it and try to install the program twice without uninstalling the old one, shit like that.

I once called the IT guy for some problem with the programs and stuff. It ended with me solving the issue, the IT guy didn't know what to do.
