Neither of those to be honest. I'm all for spreading the love, and the common understanding of Jesus and what he represents helps to articulate that. I don't know whether I believe in him or not in a strictly factual sense, but it doesn't really matter to me. The idea of somebody who places love at the forefront of what they do is to be admired, whether they are real or fictional.

So, not a devout Christian. Also not mocking Christians. Also, you use the term edgelord while choosing to live an alternative lifestyle. That seems hypocritical to me.

The problem is not the hair colours or piercings themselves but the fact too often the people with them don't make the required effort to present themselves properly. There are too many bad bedroom dye jobs and piercings for the sake of piercings without the effort to craft any kind of aesthetic. Obviously there are masses of people who don't know how to present themselves but this is naturally more important when you are making choices that will make you stand out.

I have plug style ear piercings and a fairly long beard but I also take care of my appearance and dress well and look nothing less than professional. Too many people are trying to look 'alternative' on the cheap and projecting certain style choices as for unkempt hippies.
