Im going to Hong Kong next month and im definitely going to try it. Folklore says it has medicinal benefits and supposed to be a 'warming' food which would help you if winter is cold.

And best of all, its said to taste like chicken. Cant go wrong if it tastes like chicken. And its not expensive about 7 us dollars worth.

Snake is nice, it's not actually a very strong flavour. The chicken comparison is pretty fair, I thought it was more like crocodile but it has more to do with how it's prepared.
