These 7 States are the WINNERS of the most FATTEST in the United States of America as they have more than 35% of OBESE people!!

More than 1/3 of these states have fatties and the winners are Alabama, Arkansas, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and West Virginia as they are dangerously overweight according to the CDC

It's a slight increase from 2016 when they were just 35% but now they are over 38%.

Colorado fared well with just 22.6% of obese adults while West Virginia tops the list of fatties at 38.1%. They also lead the states with the most diabetics at 15.2% and has the highest overdose death rate

What's also more troubling is that these states also share level of education DECREASING as more students are dropping out and having CHILDREN with no job or high school degree and are a big share of welfare recipients since they have children.

Middle age adults were twicee as likely to become obese as young adults as 18-24 have 16.5% while 45.5% are at 35.8% obese

31 states however are seeing significant increases in obesity as Iowa, Massachusetts, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island and South Carolina are seeing spikes

Health officials are addressing the obesity epidemic because it leads to healthier outcomes but also reduce medical costs..

Former first lady Michelle Obama became a mascot for healthier children while in office and started the "Let's Move" campaign but many of these states rejected a healthier alternative and have continued to see spikes in obesity rates

Most notably, the top 7 states are also in Republican strongholds as many of these obese adults live in the mid west and south while healthier adults live in coastal areas
