Im not talking about another sims game but slightly similar.

Like a first person or a third person over the shoulder camera, house designer game with realistic graphics unlike the cartoon sims style.

And have a share system like the sims gallery.

Just imagine people recreating places like Croft Manor and then living in it. Awesome houses like the villa in sapienza in hitman
And if it has online mode, you can invite friends over.

Part of minecrafts success was the freedom to let people build nice things. There are crazy servers where people have built cities of beautiful houses of different styles. Modern, oriental, Spanish you name it.

I think games that let people run wild with creativity has a market.
