Going to sleep doesnt mean that you always wake up blowing 0.00 in the morning. Youre feeling kinda groggy, whatever its monday... oh, you rear ended somebody because you looked down to change the song!
Now youre on your way to jail before you are even fully awake. It happens more often than people know. Same thing happens to people who have one beer. If you are involved in a traffic incident or give the police reason to believe you need a sobriety test, they will deem whatever amount of alcohol in your system responsible for your crime. Ever see that episode of Workaholics? It was funny, but they at least realized they were drunk when they crashed the car in the driveway. Many of those people are merging onto the interstate every morning, and some of you are guilty of this. As someone whose had issues with alcohol, and has known many, many alcoholics, many of them do actually consider this.
