I always hope that it does rain around this time of year, because when it does I sit at home and play both "September Rain" and "Gloomy Sunday" (both by the brilliant green) back to back.

Personally I enjoy a good rainy movie or game set in a rainy atmosphere. I don't know why I like it so much... I guess I just like the ambiance of it. I'm weird... : /
