ParanoidObsessive 09/25/18 8:04:47 PM #3:	Speaking as someone who has raised both in the past, rats. 100 rats in a large enough terrarium would actually be much cleaner, require less space, and would be easier to care for than chickens. They'd also smell much better. And chickens would be way louder and more annoying. It would probably cost more to feed the chickens as well. And honestly, rats raised from birth by humans and properly cared for can be surprisingly tame. Years ago, when Survivor was a big thing, and one of those shows had someone eating a rat, a local radio show had a contest where they had listeners come in and eat rat as a stunt. I'll sleep outside until I kill and eat all those chickens:) Then I'll clean the house up and won't have to worry about them coming back (Rats might be harder to get rid of, and are probably not as tasty).
