I never got to fully enjoy the game when I was younger because I only rented it.

I remember when I played one of the dank builds was to stack negative combos (or whatever that takes out hits in your combo chain) then explosion and finisher plus. Is that still a thing in final mix?

I honestly don't mind it in 2 at all, it's a nice breather but my last playthrough was also on crit level 1 so I enjoyed the respite from getting blasted by each world's bosses
