But I got it.

The driver took 40 minutes to deliver (after confirmation the food was picked up) when it only takes 15 to get here walking.

Emailed them screenshots of the map tracking showing him far off course. Needless to say the food was cold and nasty when it arrived.

They tried giving me discounts on my next order. First 5, then 7, then 10, then 15. Each after putting me on hold for a bit.

Don't settle when you deserve a refund. They can do it even though they say they can't, like this representative tried telling me.

Of the 3 delivery services I use (GrubHub, Uber eats, and doordash) it is definitely the bottom tier.

They can see the tip amount just an fyi, so if you're leaving 0 tip and doing cash (like I used to do) they'll take forever because you're "low priority" to them. I guess they just assume 0 tip on card means you aren't gonna tip cash either.
