Underleveled 10/01/18 12:39:24 PM #4:	The problem with rallies is that they are impossible to predict not only if they will happen but who they will happen to. You could pick Tracer or Monika to win and if there's no rally they'll get mauled in round 1 and you're done. Whereas if you pick Link, you've still got a decent shot to win even if there is a rally by virtue of being a B8er who knows what they are doing and picking everything else well, because most of the people picking the rallied character to win were probably filling out dream brackets or something like that. Plus, Link has proven himself to be a formidable opponent even in the face of the strongest rallies we've ever seen.
