It's so frustrating... I'm sick of politics and I fucking hate them. Both sides are full of hypocrites that justify their actions by deflecting or saying the other side did it first/before. Most don't even care about our fucking country. They just push their fucking agendas which doesn't help us most of the time.

This sucks. If I say "Fuck Politics! I'm done!" then I forgo my right to complain about what's wrong in the country because I didn't vote. It's like I'm trapped. I want to make a difference for the good of the US but I don't want to sacrifice good things for the Country to prioritize other good things if that makes sense.

Sorry for the rant.

I know the feeling. You shouldn't have to feel sick every time you turn on the news. You shouldn't feel punished for keeping up with what your government is doing. I like to be informed so I'm not fooled when the story gets changed later on, but the toxicity and bad news is wearing on me.

Not for everyone. Just for some people. That isn't really the point. The main point is that picking a side fucking sucks because both sides seem to care very little about the country. They do enough to get by.
