I mean, I can believe it, but I wouldnt be surprised if they included everyone who is 15 years old unemployed and averaged their zero income into it fucking the numbers up pretty hard. I would think it would be slightly higher than $15, something like $23-$24/hr which equals out to roughly $50k annually at 40hrs per week before taxes. $15 is comfortable if you dont have kids and live about anywhere except California, you wont be getting rich very fast but you can afford a car, running water and 3 not top ramen meals a day.
