DarkTransient 10/03/18 4:08:37 PM #2:	If it's two lanes that merge into one and there's obviously nowhere else I'd be going, no, that's a stupid rule and I don't even think about it most of the time when I'm driving. Any other situation, yes. EDIT: One other case.
