Less than 1%. I remind you guys, 1% doesnt guarantee you get the outcome once every one hundred spins. But the wheel with 100 segments spins every time you roll. So you can easily spin 1000 times and not get your desired card.

And its not even 1%. It could be 0.5%, or 0.1%. Or even 0.01%.

Those are actually pretty standard gacha rates. The thing that makes them unreasonable is that it's not in a free-to-play game.

It's FIFA or whatever soccer game EA publishes. Ones to watch players are unique variants of high-profile players that have the special ability that their stats improved throughout the season, which makes them objectively better. I have no idea if their stats carry over into multiplayer. But they probably do.

FIFA Ultimate Team is awesome. Very fun mode. Played it a ton, but I am not buying it this year, at least not until there is a good deal around Black Friday. I am just done with the micro transactions. FIFA is super obnoxious when it comes to packs.
