She constantly belittling me, threatening my job, and treating us like dirt. A few people quit who send letters downtown about her harassment of employees and they still haven't come to the job site to do anything about her. Human resources don't respond to my emails. I don't know how it is in the US but in the UK head teacher pretty much has ultimate power and can treat people like crap and get rid of whomever they want.
