And no neck beards this isn't a "SJW" topic so don't come crying about feminism and shit with MRA talking points. I'm just wondering since I like many different looks and fighting styles in fighting games.

well its a fighting game about jump a magazine that makes manga for young boys
i dont even know if jump has ever had a manga in it that had a female protagonist

for a second i thought of inuyasha (inuyasha is the title character but kagome is the protagonist) but that didnt run in jump

There's many female charcters to pick from in the young boys one...like from DBZ or Naruto or One Piece

But yeah I don't think Jump Force can be described as looking to be that inclusive when the target audiences are young boys who look up to male leads and teen girls who have the hots for male leads. It's not exactly high art

The only female lead in shonen jump who could be in this game is Medaka Kurokami and most people don't like her, they like Zenchiki or Kumugawa over her

I would say Erza from Fairy Tail, but I don't think that anime is from Jump... Hilda from Beelzebub, however, could work.

Also as of right now, Rukia Kuchiki is the only female on the roster but Dark Magician Girl is apart of Yami Yugi's moveset.

I don't know, but not DBZ. Dragon Ball Fighter Z only has one playable female character, Android 18, from the anime/manga. They had to invent Android 21 to have a second.

I'm surprised they didn't add Chichi or Bulma as a joke character at least. Or Kefla from Super.

No longer in shonen jump and D.Gray-man quite honestly is a zombie series, the attempt at revival years ago with the Hollow anime fell right on it's face there's only been a chapter this year and people have long forgotten what's happened in it or what the plot is anymore.

andriod 21 pissed me off because i love andriod 18 and was excited to learn that there were 3 story mode campaigns and she was the lead of one of them

a freiza story
a andriod 18 story

then it just sucks to learn that andriod 18 is a supporting character in her own story and its really andriod 21s story

Vidal quit fighting getting beat the fuck up in the ring against that roided out guy, Pan is a baby in canon you'd have to suffer GT pan who was just the director at the time's fetish fuel despite her being 9 years old.

In most shonen series, female characters tend to have supporting roles at best. There are literally 20 other Dragonball characters that would get in before Videl. Your best bet for main female characters are Medaka and Jolyne. They could probably get away with using a couple girls from To-Love-Ru, but I don't know if that series is still associated with Shonen Jump after it moved to a different magazine.

Otherwise, Sakura and Nami are possible, but there's still a few characters I'd rather get in the game than them.

Wonder what's taking them so long to announce kenshin. it's not like the westerners who are gonna buy this give a fuck the author is a pedophile.

in one piece nami is a glass canon
she can deal as much damage as the crews heavy hitters but she cant take a hit at all so if they used her i could see a fun playstyle of mirages and high damage combos to make her viable but with the weakness of going down fast if you land a hit on her

Yeah I couldn't give less of a fuck about the series itself. She was a fun character to play as in JSS/JUS, which is all that matters to me.
