Sure chris had a jailkeep but it wasn't his only ability, so chances there is still a town blocker in game? and if there is a town blocker then that would clearly be the max blocking a game would need, right? OR do you think there is a weaker blocker that pairs up with Chris's jailkeep?

Long day yesterday, still catching up. I have to leave for work but dont worry.

My quick god reaction as of page 7 in the previous topic is it doesnt make sense. No scenario works. Heres what Im thinking of the scenarios:

Town: Is inactive and claims for no reason. Doesnt attempt to scum hunt- X
Role that is trying to die: Constantly complains when here but is inactive enough to be forgotten about. Nothing claimed is a direct contradiction or would make him instant lynched - X
Scum: Claims out of the blue with no provakation. Changes claim for no reason. Fails to attempt to scum hunt - X
Defeatist - Keeps showing up even though he doesnt have to. Hasnt been replaced. Hasnt been modkilled. -X

I am completely baffled. God could be any of those scenarios because he shouldnt be any of those scenarios. There is no role I have seen exist in a decade where god is playing remotely competently right now.

I won't phrase it exactly as it is written but my flavour is, people that play the game of thrones can come in any size. Some are mighty and some are so insignificant you wouldn't notice them at all.

My power is, I have no actions to start the game, but there may be opportunities to earn some throughout the game. If I acquire powers I will be undetected from roles that scan for movement.

And so far town power flips have been very vote oriented and I'd say it's a weak town based on flips alone.

So to say we also have a weak cop (role cop) scanning
Someone that might be able to do something that is untrackable/watchable but by day 3 still has nothing (ninja)

This is unfortunate but true. Generally I have a policy of letting scum decide these sort of things....generally, not that I think scum would kill him. but after thinking about it on the drive from work a rolecop+watcher or tracker for town makes sense really to some degree.

I disagree with how mzero played his scan on sheep but I do understand he could of been vanilla scum I suppose.

I am going to unvote for now and look elsewhere at anything that interests me, if anyone has any questions please hit me up or want to talk while I look in the early days etc.

I am not talking about IGCD at that point in time, i was talking about Mzero and a hypothetical watcher or tracker in that situation.

IGCD being a ninja does not make a lot of sense and that regard and shading any trackers/watchers is suspect, honestly I was thinking about it and we still have an unclaimed kill on n1, possible he is a ninja and took that kill shot as well yeah?

I will draw some hard conclusions in a few moments almost done with d1 stuff.

chris was still pretty sure IGCD was town though, and granted it is very difficult for me to get around the IGCD modkill thing, it would really leave a bad taste in my mouth if he is scum truthfully. His frustration and appeal to emotion also feel real to me and I have a hard time getting over them as coming from scum trying to manipulate when he was so defeated and did not care about being lynched.

I could see a potential for a third party from him I suppose, however I know I said I would have more conclusions later, I have a really hard time seeing him as scum in this situation. but there are several worrying points that I am still looking into.

This is roughly with two hours left in the day. Ben follows Chris onto mzero to "scummon" him with context, once Chris states that he thinks that Mzero is scum, and mzero comes back Ben jumps to Chris. At the time I feel like there really was very little pressure for anyone to jump on Mzero, no one believed Sheeps claim at the time dowolf wanted him lynched, and it feels like everyone is just sort of stuck on Chris if they are on it. At this point I believe Harris/Sheep are afk. Mzero states he is just sticking it out.

This is an interesting quote as well, at this point Blade really has not voted Chris, he has sort of soft pushed chris around EoD though.

Other Thoughts:
Blade at EoD feels a lot weirder than i remembered, he does push on chris some but he does not realy vote and start pushing until the votes were locked (he pushed chris ahead) with this post

He also states that he still thinks that Sheep is scum in this situation, Chris states that he was driving was why he missed the post. This feels like a sort of over reaction from Blade to try to justify lynching chris over sheep here.

It is also interesting that Ben comes in here and backs up blade in this instance, that his logic is good.

It is really only after we see all other wagons die and the Chris wagon be the "leader" that we really see blade jump into action and push Chris hard.

This is a great catch.

I think what happened is that Mzero planned on soft claiming a scan against Dowolf (possibly to save god?) and it escalated way too fast. Perhaps he was hoping he could hop off and deny it at some point.

Once he was caught up he had to come up with who he scanned day 1 so he picked someone who is a plausible target who already claimed (because he doesnt actually know anyones role/ they targeted someone that would look dubious as a N1 scan)

Only to not realize he directly contradicted himself in that regard.

The only thing I am struggling with is if Ben is using Blade to explain his vote away and feed into a Blade tunnel so that he goes onto Chris. Or if he is backing up a scum buddy in that situation and is helping push the narrative through.

Its way weaker than I remembered looking back on it.

I think either could be true. It depends a lot on how necessary the poison doctor part of chriss role is which hasnt seemed to have been necessary at all so far. If I expected chris to be 50/50 on abilities I could totally see including a jack or something that also can role block.

But metaing this game is a questionable pursuit. Its weird. I dont think either of those scenarios is unlikely enough that I would base decisions on them

If Mzero is scum he doesnt actually have to be roleblocked. He could have scanned someone unrelated and was hoping to never actually claim, and used roleblocked as a backup plan because he didnt actually know Dowolfs role because they didnt scan Dowolf

Which is way more likely than 3 RB roles actually.

Possible. It could have just been an escalating botched play. Last game when I was scum I definitely had one of those where I botched something small and it kept snowballing.
