Adjust your diet. That's what I did. Cut a lot of unnatural sugars and whatnot. I Drink tea and water exclusively. That and making a routine of washing my face at least twice a day with something that has green tea tree oil

For run and sweat a lot. Eat less sugary things and drink less milk and dairy.

Wash your face in the shower with soap. Leave the soap on your face as long as possible.

use oil free acne wash (the orange "soap" bottle) and dry your skin with astringent (also orange but not soap) on cotton balls/pads. They are both found generally in the same area in stores.
