As usual people will take something serious like males being sexually abused and turn it into a joke. If women don't come out about sexual assault, imagine how little men do it because they'll either be laughed off or called a queer or pussy just because they didn't want or go with a woman's advances.

They're riffing on the hyperbolic mouthbreathing of one over-acting person on Twitter, not the idea of sexual assault on males.
