I just want to see why everybody thinks it's so terrible.

trying to remember it before I look it up. it's a psx game right? one of the first one. I'm thinking I'm getting it confused with king's field or suikoden. was it one of those 3 games that if you buy a playstation you get one of these 3 game for free if you mail off a rebate?

It's not terrible, it was just the first PS1 JRPG available outside Japan and people were buttmad it didn't have the prettiest graphics.

If you go in expecting a competently made, rather basic JRPG, that's pretty much what you're going to find.

The game is not horrible it's just ridiculously bland and boring. The graphics were also underwhelming for "showing off" the fairly new at the time PS1.

that game was a lot of fun but i got stuck where i think i need to buy a ship but its too expensive and i ddidnt have the internet to help me.
