I'm really excited since a lot of it will be different, fixed, and added to. It took me a long time to warm to New Vegas. I liked Fallout 3 better because I liked the more urban setting of the Capitol Wasteland, and thought that the Nevada Desert was a boring locale for exploration. Turns out that I was playing the game wrong, as you don't play New Vegas as you would a traditional Bethesda game. Sure, you can go in one direction and follow the random pointers to explore random caves and shit, but that's not where New Vegas shines. It took until after playing through Fallout and Fallout 2 for the first time last year to truly appreciate what New Vegas did, and now I love the game for it. I'm a Human Wizard specializing in Fire Magic and Summoning, and she's an Elven Fighter focused mostly on One-Handed and using a shield. We've just been exploring Fort Joy. Recruited Sebiel and Ifan. Found out I can't recruit anymore, which is a bit of a shame, since Beast seemed like an interesting character. Though, with our party comp, a ranger and a rouge perfectly compliment us.
