I'd just betray the one I deemed at fault or of lesser value as a friend. I've had to do this twice in my life already. It's easy if you rationalize the situation. Make a decision and just stick with it. I avoid drama like the plague.

This happened to me years ago. I tried remaining friends with both of them, but one of them basically left our friend circle and slowly but surely ceased contact.
