The video shows Teresa Klein standing at the counter of the Sahara Deli Market in Flatbush on Wednesday, paying for two bags of cat litter, as the boy walked past her to exit the store, followed by his mother.

Well, at least we know why she's so crazy.

But the question is, does owning a bunch of cats make you crazy, or does being crazy make you want to own a bunch of cats?

You'd be crazy to turn down a two-for-one deal on cat litter!

To be fair, based on what her neighbours and whatnot are saying, it sounds like she is absolutely a racist, and there's no need to try and shoehorn that motivation in here.

And I dont doubt she is. Often times, in these situations race does play a factor... as it probably also did with the mob of black people standing around waiting eagerly for the white woman to apologize.

But we should try to hold the media accountable for blatant race baiting instead of making excuses for them

Mob is a racist term now? No surprise you support articles that try to make a story racist since that seems to be your go to for anything. Now tell me... do you think articles like that help to get decrease racism or to fuel more racism?

I'd refer to any large group of people as a mob. Actually, off the top of my head I cant think of a "less offensive" term. Even group can be considered just as offensive in that scenario if you're looking that hard to be offended. This illustrates the hypocrisy though. The article repeatedly makes it about race and you guys defend it to the death and I use a simple word that defines a large group with no racial connotation and its somehow startlingly racist. Exactly. It's not typically a term used to describe a perfectly innocuous gathering of people. It usually describes some degree of passion behind their gathering (i.e. "the crowd mobbed the ticket stand"), which isn't necessarily bad, but in this context the implication is definitely that that passion is an angry one.

Still don't think it racist to post their race when writing the story. You seeing it as race just because they posted the race is more of a you problem. The woman may or may not have been racist, but the article posting their race isn't necessarily racist for mentioning the race.

Because mob is referencing that it was a group of indignant people and not that it was black people specifically. Thats why I added that they were black afterward. My thoughts exactly.

Whats racist? Man and his Wife panicking about a 14 year old boy at their front door asking for directions+woman calls cop on the black guy baby sitting the two white kids, not this, nor the thing about the lemonade/water incident.

The only reason the article brought race into it was to get more clicks, because controversy=more views, even if its incorrect. Propagating racism to get more attention for your new story/article is very wrong and only perpetuates racism.
