I may be nearing the end of my FFBE time, or maybe coming up to a rather significant hiatus. I kind of figured 7*s would be the start of the death of the game for me. I haven't been able to do the timed weekly content difficult content for the last few weeks, and everything else is just a grind for Trust Moogles and UoC tickets. I'm always out of gil, so I have to do Snappers every single weekend, but I only play about an hour or two a day at most, so it's never enough.

The last couple days have just been me logging in, doing the raid 5 times, pulling my freebie summon and that's about it.

I'm like 3 Chapters behind on story content, so I might get on that, and maybe I just need to stop worrying about the missions and leave the Lapis for now, otherwise it becomes a bit of a slog.

As far as her BiS goes, I'm assuming you don't mean STMRs (otherwise 2 of Kurasame's would be on there).

I run

Needle/Needle
Royal Crown/Dark Fina's STMR (but Dark Robe is a budget option)
Ring of the Lucii x 2
Awesome Swordsman
Adventurer V
Nature Loving Spellblade x 2

I believe that gave me higher stats than using Genji Glove and 3 Nature Loving Spellblades, but I haven't tested it since the passive cap was raised.

Boy staying in the top 3k for arena is obnoxious. Like, I know I shouldn't let orbs sit anyway, but work can get pretty busy and sometimes I've just forgotten in the past. I'm trying to keep up with it this week since I pulled a 100% bonus unit so early, but I'm not sure it's worth it. The only reason I'm treading the 2.5k zone is I got a rank up yesterday, and I'm not sure if that will hold me for the next two and a half days. Not even sure if it's really worth it.

Is one or two lapis refreshes pretty much required if you don't get a rank up? I've never actually really tried for a high arena ranking (last time I did was because I was going for the 100 win streak trophy), so I have no idea what actually going for a good rank is like, especially with the newer system.

I'm around 800 ranking right now with no refreshes or rank ups, but my arena orbs only get full overnight and I have a 100% bonus.

Last week I had a 75% bonus with a rank up, and I finished around 2700. My oldest woke me up shortly before the week ended, and I had dropped around 700 spots in the 4 hour time period. While it's only one week, I would assume that people will be using refreshes at the end to try and get a spot in the top 3k, so you'll want to leave yourself a good cushion if you're set on finishing at that level.

Not in the least. The only nice thing might be that mage TDH materia, but the only TDH mage I can think of is GLS. Maybe this will change whether mages want DW or not? I doubt it.

And the game is finally making it up to me for screwing me on the FFVIII banner. Got my first Rinoa today off of the 3* EX Ticket. Makes me very happy.

Usually around 6 if I'm lucky, so I'm not missing much time. I have a 5 year old and a 1 year old, and they don't care how much mom and dad get to sleep!

If you're aiming for the 70% blue ticket, remember that you're spending 3,000 lapis for all blues, and then another blue on the ticket.

3k-30k is doable as long as you have a decent party to nuke with+bonus unit even with an irregular 4-9 hour sleep party like mine. (Plus forgetting to log in. ~_~)

My greatswords are doing well enough, but Phasie's TMR is a must for me. Saving most of my restore pots for swords, since I have a Death Trap that needs work, and Needles that couldn't get decent stats.

Gonna be a lot of weapons to enhance this time around. Might have to see if I can get Sasuke's Katana finally, Nue and some better Quasar enhancements for VoL, Phasie's TMR for sure. Kinda glad the last couple didn't have anything pressing to enhance, got a ton of orbs saved up for this.

I got her STMR, and have no regrets. There are so many really MP hungry units coming up, and having her STMR makes them a lot more viable. Plus it makes her more useful as a friend share since the friend doesn't have to worry about her MP. There are more than enough people willing to share a 7* TT if you need another one. Those are my thoughts at least.

I predicted that I would get Nyx a little over an hour ago on the discord. Just used the ticket.

5* EX ticket nabbed me my fourth HT Lid though. I really, really need to get High Tide on a Bowie Knife now. Shame hammers aren't really used by too many other characters.

If you have 2x Marshall Gloves and Buster Style? Yes. If you only have one Elfreeda and would have to use regular moogles because you weren't active when her free moogles were being handed out? Not so much.

Also, Quick Hit frames, especially on iOS. Ew.

Kurasame is still extremely strong when dual wielding.

(Quick hit frames are a very good reason not to use him, though.)

You dont want 2 marshal gloves cause you want his TMR ability.

Ah, right. Forgot his TMR was an accessory. So used to other units having Materia or a weapon for their TMR.

Maybe I'll build him up, but he's honestly not that exciting to me. Probably just my buyer's regret in investing in 7* Machina carrying over, and I'd need about 300% in moogles for his, Elfreeda's, and if I really want it Nalu's TMR, so it'd be a longer term thing. Probably should though, just because having more options is good.

This. I'd have gone nuts hoarding them, because I'm only sitting at 775 for unit space. I should see how many expansion vouchers I have, maybe that can buy me some more slots, but all that would do is make me stockpile more before going for mass fusions. I'm technically behind in getting all my 7* units to 120, but at this point fusing them all is getting so tedious and mind numbing, it's almost too much for me to really care.

Yup, have to redo mine, as well had to redo the elemental chains, 7* unit, and awakening an ability. Some of mine were automatically completed for whatever reason though, no idea why some were retroactive and some weren't.

I'm going to really enjoy overpowering Bloody Moon though. I joined late enough that people had units up to solo Gilgamesh, and I let power creep handle Aigaion, but Bloody Moon? Even with the power creep of a few months I still had trouble with that trial.

Why couldn't I get Malphasies AR skill to chain when it mattered in the Calcabrina trial? Had no problems perfect chaining it several times on Aigaion. Forgot how good its elemental resists were and went straight for the AoE chaining. Apparently that's not quite enough to get through with Phasie in one turn. Still won, just had to get lucky with the snorts because I also didn't shift to the right way to do it when I realized that out of stubborness.
