Got a pretty good roll on Agni in the weapon castle. Rare ability, +5 ATK, +10 MP. Should be good for Hyoh. Will probably work on Wrapping Bandages next.

Reberta slaughters the exploration boss, as expected. And I got to use my Illusionist Nichol! Made M.Ramza an evade tank and took no damage at all. Good to have gotten the chance to do that at least once.

Wasn't content with my Sephiroth start and decided to go back to rerolling. Have a new run with Reberta and Dark Fina. Not sure how they rate but I see they can both hit 7* which I take it to mean they're both at least respectable.

Reberta can do boatloads of damage. Especially at 7*.

Dark Fina is a bit outclassed now, but she's still a decent,versatile mage.

Malphasie seems better than Hyoh for a lot of content.

Those hybrid damage moves really melt some bosses.

Aldhafera down. Only took one attempt too, but powercreep will powercreep. I actually used mostly 6* units, with only Orlandeau for the last 10% of phase 1 and Malphasie as a finisher. The last one probably made the OTKO a lot easier, but eh. Evade tanking makes this battle really damn easy.

Its not like it isnt true. Shes absolutely insane, and its kind of a shame the pool is so diluted she doesnt show up on my friend list more often (says the guy not running his Malph currently).

I don't think I'm getting better than ATK 1% / ATK 10% / ATK 7% on my Agni.

I have 28% TM on Tonitrus, I'm somewhat tempted to finish it up in order to get it through the weapon dungeon while it is around.

Mag +27% on Wrapping Bandages so far. Tempted to call it there, but Im debating trying for the rare. Malph seems better for Mag stacking though.

Her kit seems to want to make her either or with the ability to go either way to suit the enemies stats.

Obviously, if the mob has lower defense then higher attack will shine but if the mob has a higher defense but lower spirit then the mag stat will shine.

Well its more that the rest of her gear selection leans towards Mag. The crown, robes/clothes, rods, etc. and its better to stack one stat on a hybrid than an even split.

Actually, why are hybrids so good? Seems like the inability to get as high as a pure Atk or pure Mag unit would be a detriment, especially since enemies tend to have lopsided defensive stats.

Basically because high mods and physical(Varies hand to hand) is piled on magic(All magic) while spr is usually lower.

Noctis and Loren in this batch for me. Welp, RIP Machina. Wasn't going to use him as my main breaker anyway, but really stupid of me to have pulled on his step-up. Kinda surprised, I thought Sephiroth was suspected to be in this batch. He was my only hope for keeping Machina relevant as the only other 7* AT chainer I'd have.

Also, got a new iPhone Xs yesterday, and suddenly I've lost all ability to Spark Chain. I dunno if it was the screen protector my old phone had, or just the newer hardware (I was running an 6S, so...kinda oldish), but it suddenly feels way harder to get the taps right.
