Has anyone else referenced this value with regards to estimating the average number or percentage of votes that will come from registered users? If so, what was your thought process like? How reliable can this be; are there more reliable ways of estimating how many registered users will vote in these things? Which characters do you think will benefit most from the registered user vote?

30% were coming from registered accounts at the height of Draven-mania; I'm expecting a higher percentage this year.
