The people running it don't have a clue and don't give a fuck. They only got the job because they have an Uncle on the city council and he just wants to cruise his way to his next paycheck. What they give me is suppose to keep me from living on the street and stealing from stores just to eat. It does that. They aren't suppose to pay for me to drink or smoke cigarettes every day or buy super nice shit.
