I am less distracted by other things and I am able to focus on one task. With beer it's usually, "Oh, I was sipping on this beer that day and reading about X..." since I'll make sure to try a new beer if I'm doing something productive. Works with almost anything but I like trying new beers so it's a win-win. Listening to a new record in a genre you typically wouldn't find yourself listening to also seemed to work. Only w/ studying though... Doing things like typing papers/essays I'd typically choose beers I'm familiar with and music I normally enjoy since those are you trying to convey information that you already know.. It's weird but works. --- There sure are a lot of different mes just like you have a lot of different yous! I'm going outside to play now I hope all the different yous have fun too. Kombucha 10/15/18 9:11:10 PM #7:	Small amounts of alcohol can be good for creative tasks, the more you consume the less useful that becomes though.
