they declined my 2000 dollar purchase cuz it was "unusual" even thought i l i t e r a l l y made this this purchase LAST month

i called Amex and the guy was like "you can only spend 1000 cuz your account is new"
uh
i told him the check spending power says im good (theres a place on their website that lets you type in an ammount to see if you're approved for purchase). he said NO ITS 1000

i told him why we're seeing different things and he said log out, log back in and itll say no. i did that, said yes im fine. i asked him again why we're seeing different things and he just goes
"THEN DO IT!"

wooooow

i asked to talk to a supervisor. he said no. he kept saying shit but i was too upset by his UNPROFESSIONALISM that i said id call back and hung up.
