You're honestly better off not watching any of them, but if you really want to, just watch Daredevil.

Daredevil is good

Jessica Jones S1 is okay, S2 is fucking trash and boring

Luke Cage S1 and S2 are pretty good, S2 is better than S1

Iron Fist is terrible, don't even bother

Defenders is also bad

Punisher was meh IMO but other folks really like it

Agents of SHIELD is largely it's own thing with no connection to other shows (it barely references the movies).

Gotham has no ties to other DC shows and is it's own thing.

Netflix shows are largely independent of each other (defenders notwithstanding) to my knowledge. I'm behind on them.

CW shows (Arrow, Flash, Legends and Supergirl) share some continuity and crossovers. Black Lightning is supposed to be part of that, but hasn't made the step yet.

The Netflix shows have great production values, but occasionally weird pacing issues where the shows are spinning their wheels for a couple episodes while they setup the final arc. Also almost all of them after Jessica Jones season one make some kind of misstep that feels a bit ridiculous or that doesn't pay off. For Luke Cage that's halfway for his season. For Iron Fist, that's basically the whole show. And the Defenders largely seems like its got to clean up all this stuff Iron Fist left undone. I don't really have any interest in Punisher so I have no idea what's going on there. Jessica Jones season two meanders. Haven't seen Luke Cage, whatever, I'll catch up eventually.

The DC shows are generally more lighthearted, but are definitely monster of the week shows with some filler.

Arrow seasons one and two are alright but are clearly inspired by the Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy The show does not get better from here. I get the impression it's ashamed of it's comic book origins, which is too bad. If we wanted to lean into irreverent goofball Green Arrow, believe me, I'd be the first one crawling back.

Flash seasons one and two are a lot of fun one can argue quality starts to waver in seasons three and four, but both seasons are better than anything Arrow is doing.

Supergirl Season one starts rough and apparently takes place in an alternate universe which is eventually connected to the rest of the Arrrowverse. Season two is better. Season three is legit good.

Legends starts awful IMO. Really I hated the whole season. Campy in a bad way. I only finished it after catching a few episodes of the second season, which was better. The third season of Legends is probably my favorite content in the whole setting. It's legit funny and heartwarming, and has personality for days.

Arrow is the dark gritty one. So that's a pass for me.
Flash is the fun pop-y one.
Supergirl is the fun warm, fuzzy one.
Legends is the fun weird one.

Agents of Shield is not really a Joss Whedon show but does occasionally throw a few nods his away. It's campy in a good way. It is a serious drama with a season long story arc and plenty of character development. Very loosely connected to the MCU, but that's all but dropped at this point. Every season of it is arguably better than the last, though there are some lame episodes in every season, and the character of Lincoln goes from being an enigmatic and somewhat cool foil for another character in the show, to something quite a bit more boring. By far Clark Cregg and Ming Na Wen are the best performers on that show. They have chemistry for days and I love them. The fifth season was surprisingly strong, mostly because it seemed like the show had reached its climax in the fourth season and was winding down. Then it pulls an Angel season five on you.

I like Agent Carter, but would only view it if you really like Agents of Shield. It's a lot of fanservice for that show for the most part married to a cute episode spy mystery pulp thriller. It's campy in a good way. And I do like Haley Atwell.

Basically, I wouldn't touch any of these unless you're the kind of viewer who can watch hundreds of hours of television drama with a slight super hero twist. But if those are your game and you've got the time, give them all a try. Except Iron Fist. That show does not respect your time. And the Inhumans. That show was doomed from jump. So much wasted potential. Basically if Scott Buck touched it, don't bother.
