i dunno if id call it drastic, but moving back to the same area i grew up in. not my home town, but nearby. looking for a reset from the last 6 years of my life

I've lived and worked in eight different states in two different countries, and while uprooting yourself is not for everybody I don't regret any of the moves.

Moved (drove) to cali from Jersey cause I had nothing or no one here after I graduated high school. Ended up staying out there for almost 4years.

Not for a sake of a reset, but I got a job out of state. At some point,I made the decision to join a MMA gym, and that pretty much changed my life. Training my body and self-improvement became a big part of my life for a good 4 years or so. Then I moved back to my home state, and regressed to a sack of shit again.

I did. Left the shithole California and moved to Iowa. Making a little more money, spending like a tenth of what I did on bills, grass actually grows, there is also water, air is breathable, can see stars at night, jobs being thrown at my feet with companies practically begging you to work for them, no hour long traffic riddled commute for a simple 5 mile drive, the mortgage for my 2 story house 4 bedroom 2 bath dual car garage cost less than the 10 square foot triplex apartment rent per month, and it snows here.

Life is good.
