ing eggs. You could either:
A. Spend hours and hours chaining breeding the right moves on the parents, finding/breeding parents with the right IVs, laying dozens of eggs, spending tons of time hatching those eggs, then grinding that pokemon up to lvl 50+ while making sure it has the correct EVs or B: Spend a few minutes in Pokehex and make the pokemon you want. I'm against illegal hacks, but if you're hacking in a legitimate pokemon, fucking go for it. Fuck wasting 10+ hours of your life to just make a single competitive pokemon lawl --- ...
