The Ditto must stay a Marowak to give the skull away once in dies before transforming back 2. Daddy Marowak must give up his skull because there is no mother Marowak to give hers up... I guess there's the third, less popular, option. The parents could get rid of the problem. They could take out the baby cubone. Or make sure the egg doesn't hatch.
