IIRC that wish was on the Earth Dragon Balls right?
Shenron can bring back more than one person in a wish, but not someone who's already been wished back once before. Since Krillin died and was wished back already he didn't come back with Freeza's other victims --- Not removing this until Mega Man 64 is released on the Wii Virtual Console. Kami and Popo made the wish on the Earth dragon, which can't revive the same person twice, so only brought back Vegeta, Guru and the other Namekians, which then Dende used the last Namek dragon wish to transport them to Earth. The Namek dragon was summoned again later on Earth to revive Krillin.
