If they agree "it's about money for her, sex for him" or whatever, then that's fine, as long as they're on the same page about it. The woman's value (youth and beauty) will fade over time, while the man's value (financial security) will more than likely increase. Early on in the marriage, both people are getting what they want even if it's superficial. I don't think about it in terms of either of them "using" the other person.
