I think the original Deus Ex holds up well, Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, Tropico 2 somehow (dated graphics but the interface isn't crazy incomprehensible like many older games), Rollercoaster Tycoon 1 and 2, Sims 1 and 2.

The original versions of Crash Bandicoot 2 and 3. (1 holds up fine graphically, but the gameplay mechanics are a bit clunky by today's standards.)
