Mayor Gary Jones says he plans to ROUND UP 25-30 PEDOPHILES on HALLOWEEN for 3 HOURS and make them stay there until all the kids are safe and done trick or treating!!

The pedophiles are those currently on probation and free as Next Wednesday they will be all transported to City Hall where they are supervised from 6-9pm by police and then be allowed to return home after 9

He announced it as a "precautionary measure" to ensur the safety of the kids

He said "In order to ensure the safety of our children, all sex offenders (on Probation) in the City o f Grovetown (area) will be housed dint he Council Chambers on Halloween night from 6pm-9pm. There are approx 25-30 offenders and they will be oversen by the GA Dept of Community Supervision District 10 (4 officers) and accompanied by one Grovetown officer"

This sparked confusion from followers who were unclear if he would personally go door to door to find them

He followed up with "Friends, i am personally not going to pick up, round up, call or going to any sex offender's home. This is a joint effort by the GA Community Probation Services"

The population has 14,000 people as some were outraged by it where one person said "This is legal..good grief"
