At least the guy in the 1932 movie changed his clothes. Every other mummy treats their rags like a keepsake. This would be like a prisoner continuing to wear their prison clothes after release.

Oh, it totally was. The girl mummy and that mummy who had one arm. And the villain had a talking snake. That show was it, man. It rocked my childhood.
