Last week I ran tue, wed, and friday, 1.0 incline, 1 mile, 6.0 speed and 6.5 on friday. Also did starting strength tue and thur.
Today I ran 1.5 incline, 1 mile, 6.0 speed. Gonna continue with starting strength today. Also, continue with intermittent fasting. Ima try a new dinner recipe, gonna make a week worth of healthy quinoa salad. --- literally the pacers ... Copied to Clipboard!

SS yday afternoon
1.5 incline 1 mile 6.0 speed again. I think I will not run tomorrow and just do my SS workout b in the afternoon, then run Thur again. --- literally the pacers ... Copied to Clipboard!
