Much like the Stormy defamation lawsuit getting dismissed a couple weeks back (god, modern news timeline fucking flies), the judge ruled that Twitter itself is basically a place of bombastic statements and hyperbole and especially Trump's Twitter, meaning that people should know he's not entirely serious on there and thus his statements could be dismissed as such.
