Hey guys help me pick WRs for my championship match.

I have Keenan, who's a lock if he plays. So I'm looking at one (or two if Allen is out) of:
DJ Moore
Doug Baldwin
Courtland Sutton

I also have waiver claims in for Alshon Jeffrey (who I dropped a couple weeks ago and nobody picked up) and Allen Robinson (who some schmuck dropped on Friday for an RB).

Other waiver WRs include Josh Reynolds, Jordy Nelson and Robby Anderson.

Is Alshon the answer assuming I get him?

I would be wary of Alshon, but he played much better with Foles last week so I dunno. I certainly trust him more than Robinson who relies on Mitch (and I'm an optimistic Bears fan). Baldwin might be a good bet too. Definitely not the other waiver WRs though imo.

"not so fast" me what? What I said was perfectly valid. Yes it was my "worst week" but "worst" doesn't exactly express just how "bad" a week I had. Also should I feel happy you lost money league?

I drafted him as my WR2. I started him in week 1 where he got hurt before doing literally anything, and I started him in week 8 when Keenan Allen was on bye and Cooper Kupp was hurt. Trust me when I say I know full well what it means to get burned by that guy.

I did get my waiver claims for both Alshon and Robinson though, so I have options to play with.

I may also have a Chris Carson vs James Conner debate on my hands though ~_~

I fucked up

My first instinct after Gurley was announced out was CJ Anderson based on reports earlier this week

Then I saw reports saying that the Rams had at least one more RB active beyond Kelly/Anderson and that spooked me out of it because I couldn't find good information on who would actually be the starter so I flipped to literal fucking Baldwin hoping KC/SEA would be something of a shootout.

so now I have Anderson on my bench, and my matchup is Carson/Baldwin vs Mahomes+Janikowski+8 Points+(Whatever's left from Michael Thomas and Rams D/ST)

Kicking myself rn because if I didn't waver on my gut instinct I'd be in solid shape right now in spite of literally everything.

I'm glad you didn't take my Kelly recommendation

I picked up Kelly in advance of last Sunday's games and felt like a goddamn genius when reports came out that Gurley might be hurt.

Then it devolved into an utter clusterfuck and I took the coward's way out instead of trying to solve it, which hurts because I had the right answer.

On one hand, I'm glad VI outscored my team, meaning I can't really go around moaning about how I should have won this year. OTO, I very well might have picked up Foles if I was still competing, which would at least have carried the match into tonight because I'd be sitting at ~170. Some bench flips could have theoretically added 24 more, though I likely wouldn't have made them.

I am glad, however, that neither team in the finals completely underwhelmed. Currently 191-163 with MNF to come. Congrats to both of you for making that far, and to (probably) Suprak for the win.

Whoa I won. I'd like to apologize to the better teams I beat along the way. I got lucky at the end and managed to pick up all the late season workhorses. I think I actually benefitted from having a less good team than I have had in past seasons, because it forced me to stay diligent on the waiver wire. Also, hooray for Nick Foles replacing Wentz and winning both a Super Bowl and Fantasy championship now.
