Full Throttle 10/30/18 11:09:28 PM #1:	Would you support a trick or treating guideline of daytime hours only? - Results (4 votes) Yes 25% (1 vote) 1 No 75% (3 votes) 3 The small town of Fon Du Lac, Wisconsin is celebrating its first Halloween since the releases of the 1973 infamous "Halloween Killer", 69 y/o Gerald Turner who was released after serving 45 YEARS in Prison for the shocking murder of 9 y/o Lisa French on Halloween night!! Lisa was trick or treating alone on October 31st, 1973 when she stopped at her neighbors house for candy..a few days later, she was found raped and murdered in a farm field and Gerald confessed to the crime. Lisa was dressed as a "homeless person" on Halloween when she left her house to meet a friend and go to a local party. She stopped at 3 of her neighbors homes, her teacher, a school friend and then Turner's.. Her body was found stuffed in a plastic bag on a rural stretch of road. Detective Melvin Heller says it hasn't been the same since the murder as everyone in town knew her. He said he wanted to warn parents that the possibility of this happening again is very realistic as people aren't locked up forever. The town is continuing its tradition to uphold their safety trick or treating strict guidelines of kids only being allowed to go on DAYLIGHT HOURS, and its curfew at 330-530. Children are supervised by their parents and few youngsters will go from house to house alone.
