Hmm. Looking at the wiki page:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Climate_of_California It seems like the real rain doesn't tend to start until December. It seems like light rain tends to be normal for October so I guess zero rain is a bit abnormal but nothing really drastic. That said, California was in a massive drought for like 6 years until it came out of it last year. Maybe last year was a fluke? Maybe it's back to a drought. ... Copied to Clipboard!
