Neither of those songs are anti-America, TC.
American Idiot is calling out the then-current media state of an early 2000s America, and how it was designed to be devisive and push agenda (which is what the media has been doing since the radio existed. See: Political debates and commericials.) The other simply pokes fun at American culture. Even though they'd been to America (and banned from playing due to some sexually suggestive acts on stage), they still very likely wrote this from a non-malicious standpoint.
