I havent paid for dinner is a year and a half. Pizza hut on the weekends, kfc any given day, burger king, local grocers with tge produce, dubkin donuts and Krispy kreem, local restaurants with a random assortment.

You go in around closing and just ask for whatever's about to be tossed out. All the escess is free for the taking, swallow your fucking pride

I haven't paid for lunch in god knows how long. Casino employees get free lunches. It may not be the best quality but I'm not complaining. Some of the workers are really wasteful. We used to have no limit as to how many times we could go in line, so if I were still hungry I could go back and get something else. Now in an effort to reduce food waste they installed turnstiles but they didn't think of the fact that people will now grab more food and more plates because they know they can only go through once. And they end up wasting a lot. I'm pretty good about only grabbing what I need. I've seen guys throw away a plate and a half of food before. Kind of sad that they don't realize how fortunate they are.

One of my friends worked at a 711 and I used to go in around close and get the bakery shit for free when they were about to throw it away

Lol. Not allowed? Ok, but they do it. I worked at a market that got fresh breads and pastries delivered every day. At closing time we'd give away anything we didn't sell. Same with produce that didn't look as fresh as possible.

I throw away heaps of second-hand food on a daily basis. I even have a name for doing this, "taking a shit".
